World’s Quickest Fancy Raspberry Sauce
Surprise: This is even easier and far fancier than my simple strawberry sauce. I know, I was shocked too. For those of you aren’t gluten free, this sauce would be perfect on top of Very Best Brownies.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon raw sugar or rice syrup (white sugar would be fine here too, whatever you have on hand)
Microwave the raspberries until they are syrupy (in my microwave, this takes about 90 seconds). Whisk the raspberries with the cocoa powder and sugar until the ingredients are fully combined.
